How often do your customers return to you?

Quite frankly - never.

Our aim is to arm our customers with quality CV's and covering letters that they can re-use and adapt themselves whenever they need to. Unlike some companies, we do not only supply documents in non-editable forms which require you to pay us more money for changes and nor do we offer a fixed period for changes. If you need to change something you can do it yourself.

Of course, we do see some returning customers, particularly where they wish to move to a new level or want more interview practice.

Can I use you if I have never written a CV previously?

 

Of course - we will help you get your first CV together for you.

It is always slightly harder for people with less experience but our writers will make the most of what you have.

I work in a creative world - can you help me with a creative job application?

Yes, we can help you.

Even when a CV is creative the quality of the writing really matters. We can come up with ideas for you and write your content. If we can create your CV in an interesting way then we will do that.

​Do you guarantee success with an application or interview?

 

It is impossible to guarantee success with any application or interview and any website or service that promises success should not be trusted.

We do guarantee that you will have a quality service and every advantage that we can give you.

 

Is there a money-back guarantee?

 

No, we don't offer any money back guarantee since we will always provide you with a quality service. Any website that offers a money back guarantee is not confident in their service.

 

Why are your costs so low in comparison to other sites?

 

We believe that these services should be affordable and we can turn round most requests pretty quickly.

You could try a service that costs up to ten times as much as ours but you won't see any great difference in quality.

​

We are not an automated service such as many of the cheaper websites out there will offer. An automated service will issue the same CV to hundreds of people.

 

What will I need to send to you?

 

If you have an existing CV then we will need to see that. If you are applying for a particular role then we will need a link to or copy of the role specification.

 

What if I am not happy with what you produce?

 

This is possible but not common in our experience. We will do whatever we need to in order to give you a great service.

 

How expert are your writers?

 

Our writers are all highly experienced and know how job applications work. Every one of them is academically qualified to a high level and all have more than 30 years of experience as hiring managers in a variety of industries.

 

Do you use templates?

We use templates as a starting point for structure only. Your content is always freshly written.

 

What does 'keeping the documents' actually mean?

 

Many of these services will write documents that you cannot edit yourself. This means that, should you need an update, it has to be done by the company that you paid to create the document. This is a method of locking customers in to gain additional income.

We never do that. Once a document is issued to you it is yours and you can change it as much as you like.

 

How do I make payments?

 

We only take payments online though the PayPal gateway. This is a secure payment method and also allows dispute resolution should the need ever arise.

Do you offer bundles of services?

 

We are very happy to consider bundling services, particularly for companies, schools or colleges.

How long does a document take to be produced?

 

We aim to turn every document request around within two working days. Sometimes we don't achieve this if there are a large volume of requests at a particular time but we will always ask you about any deadlines that you face and try to meet them.

 

Do you cover 'niche' professions?

​

Almost every profession is niche in some regard and, though our writers are experienced in many areas, we cannot have expertise in every profession.

However, most CV and cover letters are premised on the same tenets - get those right and the expert components, already understood by you, should be easy to include.

 

Which document formats do you use?

We issue documents in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats. The PDF document is ready to submit into an application and the word document is yours to keep and edit.
